Manager:
The partner project
manager is the one
responsible for
coordinating resources
at the partner’s
organization. The
project manager
must ensure that
deadline is meat
and that resources
are available at
the right stages
of the project.
The partner project
manager communicates
with the entire
project team at
the partner side
and with the customer
project manager.
The partner project
manager role is
also a member of
the project management
team role.
Product
Consultant:
The Basic Product
Consultant functions
as the partner project
team member with
the most experience
and understanding
of the application.
The main functions
of the Product Consultant
include analysis
of the customers
business and evaluation
of these business
processes against
the standard product
application.
The basic product
consultant will
communicate with
the customer organization
on many levels to
obtain the necessary
understanding of
the customers’
business processes.
When the customers’
business processes
have been identified
the Product Consultant
will communicate
with the Development
Consultant to enable
implementation of
the necessary modifications
to the standard
application.
The analysis of
the customers’
business processes
may also lead to
changing of these
processes. In that
case the Product
Consultant will
work with the customer
to ensure full understanding
of the implications
to the current business
processes.
The product consultant
will participate
all the way from
analyzing the customers’
architecture to
designing the modifications
necessary to be
made to the standard
application.

Consultant:
