Purchase management System |
The
purchase of paper
plays an important role in this
industry as it contributes for
more than sixty percent of the
product cost. The system has been
designed to track down the quality
of paper and wastage along with
the perfection in dimension. Further
system also tracks down the vendors
who offer better uniformity in
the paper roles. |
Order Management
System |
Once
an order is received from a particular
buyer accordingly the printing
and manufacturing schedule is
made by the computer. The system
will also raise the purchase order
based on the buyer's order. |
Manufacturing Control
System |
Once
an order is planned for the production
the paper roll are placed on the
machines and production of bag
from each roll by each foreman
is recorded machine wise on the
computer. This system finds the
wastage from standard purchaser
wise / machine wise / foreman
wise. This also makes the incentive
report for the foreman and performance
analysis. By using this system
they have improved the production
by twenty percent on the same
capacities. |
Stock Control System |
This
system keeps track of each roll
in stack along with the finished
products. Further, again analysis
on stocks is given by the system
to avoid storage of paper for
long period which will reduce
strength and other properties
of paper. |
